The Cloud Who Couldn't Float" is a lovely and meaningful story with excellent potential. The message is clear, the character is endearing, and the structure is solid. With a few minor tweaks to enhance the sensory details and explicitly show all of Nimbus's gifts, it could be truly enchanting!
